Course schedules, batch start dates, trainer assignments, and practical lab schedules are subject to availability and batch capacity constraints.

To ensure quality practical training, batch capacities are regulated (up to 25 active students per batch). The institute reserves the right to adjust batch start dates or reschedule practical sessions due to holidays, weather events, or administrative requirements, with prior notice to students.

Course tuition fees, admission fees, and installment options are explicitly communicated to candidates during enrolment and documented in their official admission letter.

All payments are collected through approved administrative channels. Fee receipts are issued for all official payments. Where installment payment plans are approved, students agree to adhere to agreed payment dates.

Course cancellation, batch transfer, or fee refund requests are evaluated strictly in accordance with the institute’s official written admission agreement signed upon enrolment.

Students seeking batch transfers due to personal or employment constraints must submit a written request to the admission office for review and approval based on seat availability.

Practical technical training involves working with real tools, electrical systems, HVAC components, and refrigerant gases. Students must maintain regular class attendance and strictly adhere to practical laboratory safety protocols.

• Follow instructor instructions and safety guidelines during copper pipe work, electrical wiring, gas charging, and troubleshooting.
• Handle institute tools, test equipment, and machinery with care and responsibility.
• Maintain respectful conduct toward instructors, staff members, and fellow students. Disciplinary misconduct or unsafe lab behavior may result in suspension from practical labs.

Course completion certificates are issued to students who fulfill course attendance requirements, successfully complete practical assessments, and settle administrative dues.

Issued certificates carry a unique certificate number and QR code verifiable on our official website (Certificate Verification). Certificates remain subject to verification against institute records.

Students, teachers, and administrators granted access to internal portal dashboards are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (email/admission number and password).

You agree not to share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals. You must notify the institute immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All website content, course logos, syllabus materials, training documentation templates, graphics, and software code are the intellectual property of Fitter-X Technical Institute & IT Solutions or its parent organization Techno Fitters Pvt. Ltd..

Training materials provided to students are for personal learning purposes only and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed for commercial gain without explicit written authorization.

Users of this website and portal services agree not to:
